River Trail Nature Center

River Trail Nature Center, one of six educational facilities in the Forest Preserves located in Northbrook tells the story of native plants and animals that remain in the urban environment. Visitors can walk through Sugar Maple woods along self-guiding trails learn about the past and present in the exhibit building, and see native animals.
