At Napolita (1126 Central Ave., Wilmette) you can choose from a large selection of Neopolitan style Rossa (red) or Bianca (white) pizzas. We suggest trying the Noci with taleggion, fontal, caramelized onion, walnut pesto, dates, arugula, balsamic glaze and candied walnuts.  B Squared Pizza (601 Milwaukee Ave., Wheeling) dishes out Detroit-style pies; light and airy with crispy corners, you choose from toppings like pickled Fresno peppers, smoked bacon or fennel sausage.
