Wilmette Park District - Touch A Truck

Touch A Truck puts kids in the driver’s seat! Join the Wilmette Park District, Village of Wilmette and more during this FREE and unique opportunity to explore trucks of all types all in one place. Inspect the equipment, meet the men and women who operate the big rigs and learn how they help us in our community. Attendees, both young and young at heart are allowed to touch, climb, and ask questions about their favorite trucks in a safe, supervised environment. There is a sensory friendly start: 10-10:20 am
Please do not blow horns or honk the vehicles for the first 20 minutes of Touch A Truck to allow our noise-sensitive participants time to enjoy the event.
