Wicked Wilmette

Join the Wilmette Park District for an evening of frightful fun at Gillson Park and the Lakeview Center, where you'll bounce on inflatables, paint your faces bright & take a hayride adventure through the fall night. Wander through their Spooky Stations scattered along the park paths to collect giveaways and treats. Don’t forget to visit the pumpkin patch—pick your favorite pumpkin and get creative at the decorating station! Get ready to show off your spooky, silly or creative style in our Costume Contest! Children can participate in one of four age categories: 1-2, 3-4, 5-7 and 8-12 years old. Whether you’re a tiny pumpkin, a brave superhero or something totally unique, we can’t wait to see your imagination come to life. Prizes will be awarded in each age group, so come dressed to impress! Registration is required for children only, and an adult must accompany each child throughout the event.
