Quintessa & Family Wine Dinner at Stefani Prime

Join us for an exclusive evening of exceptional wine and elevated dining as Stefani Prime presents a five-course dinner featuring acclaimed wines from Quintessa and its family of wineries. From the Napa Valley vineyards behind Quintessa's celebrated Bordeaux-style red blend to the bold Cabernet Sauvignons of Faust and the distinctive wines of Leviathan, this special event offers a closer look at some of California's most notable wine producers. Chef Bolla has curated a menu designed to complement each pour, featuring seasonal ingredients and refined preparations, from delicate Scallop Crudo and Truffle & Shiitake Mushroom Risotto finished tableside in a Parmigiano wheel to Pumpkin Gnocchi with brown butter and sage, and Beef Braciole braised in San Marzano tomato sauce. The evening continues with a special Quintessa wine service before concluding with Dark Chocolate Torte paired with Graham's Late Bottled Vintage Port. Throughout the dinner, guests will discover the character and craftsmanship behind each wine, with thoughtfully selected pairings showcasing the diversity of the Quintessa family portfolio. Seating is limited for this one-night-only event.
