Downtown Evanston refresh + renew Wellness Open House

Spend the day exploring local fitness and wellness businesses in downtown Evanston—try free mini-sessions, meet owners and instructors, tour spaces, and discover new ways to feel your best. As you visit participating locations, be sure to get your Refresh & Renew punch card stamped. Collect four (4) punches to be entered into a raffle for great prizes! Businesses include: Bello Oter, Bodybar Pilates, Cornerstone Health, Evergreen Health & Wellness, Lifetime Fitness, McGaw YMCA, The Now Massage, Pilates Connection, The Reform Method, Title Boxing Club Evanston and Trufit Evanston. This free, self-guided event encourages participants to explore local fitness studios and wellness businesses throughout the downtown. Visitors can meet business owners and instructors, tour participating venues, and try a variety of free classes & demonstrations designed to introduce community members to the many services and programs that are available at these businesses.
