Downtown Evanston Holiday Light Celebration

All families, friends, and neighbors are invited to Fountain Square in Downtown Evanston on Saturday, December 5, 4:30-7PM to celebrate the holidays at our annual tree lighting event with local elected officials, Santa & Mrs. Claus, and other special guests. Throughout the evening, you'll enjoy holiday-themed music performed by several local singing groups. Live entertainment will start at 4:30PM. The brief tree lighting ceremony will take place right around 5PM, followed by more live entertainment at Fountain Square. Starting around 5:30PM, Santa & Mrs. Claus will offer free photo ops in The Crystal Ballroom at The Merion (1611 Chicago Avenue).
