The Chicago Stars Football Club is a professional women’s soccer team competing in the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL), the top tier of women’s soccer in the United States. The club was founded in 2006, originally known as the Chicago Red Stars. The Stars will play their home matches at Northwestern Medicine Field at Martin Stadium in Evanston.
