Incentives for Group Meetings

We’d love to host your group and are pleased to offer the following incentives.  Contact Kimberly Wright, below, to get customized information for your meeting or event.

1. Rebates Grosse Point Lighthouse
     a. If more than 100 room nights booked, CNSCVB will give 
         group $5 per room night (maximum $3,000)
     b. January–April, CNSCVB will give groups of more than 50
         people $5 per room night booked (maximum $3,000)

2. Welcome Poster/Banner
     a. Groups less than 100 people, 2’x3’ easel poster
     b. Groups more than 100 people, 6’x4’ hung banner

3. O’Hare Airport Ground Transportation Transfers
     a. Groups less than 100 people, a total of 3 Round Trip transfers for group
     b. Groups of between 101–200 people, a total of 5 Round Trip transfers for group
     c. Groups more than 200+ people, a total of 8 Round Trip transfers for group

4. Entertainment for Opening/Closing Receptions, Break Entertainment
     a. Strolling/seated musician
     b. Yoga/Stretch Facilitator

5. Registration Staffing Assistance

6. Assistance with Transportation to off-site event

7. Supply of Exploration Guide & Map and Guides for groups
