The Grove offers 145 acres of nature preserve with trails to walk through woodland, prairie and natural wetlands. Visitors will enjoy the Interpretive Center filled with exhibits of native animals. Learn about the local history of The Kennicott family who settled here in 1836 and tour the historic Kennicott house and Archive library. A log cabin, one room schoolhouse and native American village area are also on the property. Offering countless school, scout, camp and family environmental and history programs. A facility of The Glenview Park District.
