Everything is lovingly made from scratch here. Owner Dave Schaps and his crew start by milling wheat fresh every day at 4 a.m. and baking it into big, beautifully designed loaves. The handmade bread making process allows you to get the best tasting bread on earth. Most of the basic breads are guaranteed fresh for 7-10 days. Delicious sweets and treats made fresh daily too.
