Sparkling Wine from Around the World and Their Cheese Match Made in Heaven

Our most anticipated class of the year! Two Thursdays in a row in December, we'll taste all the good global sparklers, paired with the cheese that the good Lord intended. It's decadent, fer sure: but who doesn't deserve a bit of decadence? This class usually sells out, so buy your tix asap and get it on the calendar, and here's to a great holiday season! Things to note:  one week cancellation policy, we're with 2 blocks of both the Main Street Metra and the Main "L".  Please eat prior as we'll taste through 6-7 wines in the class.
