Join Koi for a Sushi Rolling Class. You will be guided through the process of rolling the perfect cone, from the filter to the fuse. Learn the art of sushi rolling skills at this class! Try your skills by using seaweed wraps, sticky rice, spicy tuna with fun bamboo wrapping. Executive chef Humberto will provides personal instruction on the delicate creation of maki rolling. Guests will learn hands on how to make a California Maki, Spicy Tuna Maki and Vegetable Maki and more. Lunch and soft drinks are provided and a cash bar service will be available.
