Happy Hour at Home

Cheers! In this new world of staying in, local laws are relaxed (at least for now) so that Chicago North Shore restaurants and drinkeries can sell packaged beer and liquor to go. Time to party…on the couch! Go casual with a beer and some pub grub or sing your own Dean Martin oldie with a nice chianti and pasta. Whether you’re sheltering solo, residing with family, or Zoom-ing with your crew you can have a fun night in and support your local businesses.

Note that local establishments will be following safety and other protocols to protect you, your family and their teams. Alcohol is still only sold to people ages 21 and older; IDs will be checked. Be sure to check each business for information about how to place and pick up your order. Their hours of operation will probably be different (and shorter) than usual, too. Thank you for tipping generously as your patronage will help keep our local businesses open when we can all go out and play again.
