NARRA, a new free-standing restaurant conceived by nationally acclaimed chef Jacky Pluton is now open at the Hotel Orrington. Phil Vettel, Chicago Tribune's restaurant critic, raved on August 25, "In the barely recognizable Hotel Orrington in Evanston (the formerly fusty inn now looking drop-dead gorgeous after a snazzy contemporary makeover), Narra defies just about every convention of the American steakhouse." The European steak house menu offers delectable choices of meat, seafood and chops and side dishes-some familiar and some unexpected-all reflecting Pluton's signature European flair.
